Earlier this month, we welcomed 5 new apprentices: Katie, Callum, George, Connor & Alex. In conjunction with our training provider Hull Training, they will work towards a nationally-recognised qualification. All of them have now undergone their induction and have their ‘buddies’ to assist them. When asked how they had found their first few days it was reassuring to hear “Yeah Good” from all five.
Daniel Casey Managing Director of Sapphire Signs said “It is great to welcome five apprentices to Sapphire Signs, as they take their first steps to become the sign makers of the future. This investment in young people is not only important for the future of our business but I am personally passionate about the importance of the scheme as I started as an apprentice many years ago. Over the years we achieved great success with our apprenticeship program and it fills me with great pride to see how many of them have worked their way up through the ranks at Sapphire Signs. As we celebrate 25 years in the industry we are now strongly focused on the future growth of the business and watching these young people grow into the sign makers of the future here at Sapphire Signs.”
